Step 3 :it may look like in the below image 


Step 4 : After Your on the Submarine Complete the Cutscenes if u purchased ur Submarine Newly and when u paid the Setup Fee Come Near Your Monopol Vehicle (sparrow) and Open the Kiddions Menu Scripts Select and set the Number u Want to play with 

Step 5 : Select Members How manu ur Playing with then Press Select Example :  3 Members then Set to 3 it and press set ,When u Set it will auto resets to 1 dont worry it means that its set so go to the Screen and Start the heist it will be ready without doing any missions for prep and
