Instructions : To use it
Step 1 : Open GTA V Online Make Sure you have Loaded into Online Completley and then
Step 2 : Make Sure your Opening the Tool from Folder not Directly from Zip or Rar Becasue it Doesnt Load the Files if your opening from Zip or Rar , so try to copy the all files of inside rar or zip to your desktop from Zip or rar ,then open Directly from Folder from anywhere like (Desktop or your Drives ) After Extracting it.
Step 3 : Then in GTA 5 Online Load the Game Completely,and Enter any Clothing Store Nearby you
Step 4 : Then you Open the Tool Named "BincoHax" Run as Administrator , and you dont need to worry about anything Because its a External tool
Step 5 : So go to the Counter of the Clothing Store and Press "E" you can see a bunch of Clothing Available in the Store-Casino Outfits , Casual ,Party Wear Just Minimize the Gta 5 and open the Binco Tool Wait for it to Load Completely and Press on Update Current , it actually Sync the Current Outfits ID's Step 6 : So,if you want to change the Clothes id Open the Url inside the Folder Named Clothes ID TextPad and there's a ID Numbers of all the Male and Female Clothes Just Copy the Desired ID Number you want to change and Paste on the Binco Tool where it says either Top1,Top2 or Legs as you copied from the Category and Press on Apply Changes and open GTA 5 Just Scroll Down the Options Listed in the store and u can see the props Been Changed Instantly ,thats it and if u attached Duffel bag you cant Shop in the Clothing Store Because it's Rockstar Blaclisted prop
Step 7 : So to Remove the Bug just Select any saved outfits until u remove the duffel bag and then u can Reuse the Shop By Pressing "E" theres some ReadyMade Cops,Swat,Space Ranger outfits just use them, Thats it enjoy ^_^

Caution : If you stuck with Duffel Bag Please remove the Duffel bag by changing from your saved outfits ,or try changing the Scarves,and re-enter the Store to Buy Outfits Again.
